Shipping and returns
All Connect pieces are handmade with care and shipped from the UK. Each order is thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely in your hands.
Shipping
UK Orders
UK orders are shipped via a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International Orders
International shipping is available.
For orders outside the UK, shipping costs are calculated individually due to variations in size, weight, and destination. If you want to know the shipping price before, please email before placing your order to receive an accurate shipping quote.
If you place an international order without requesting a shipping quote in advance, please select the “Pick-up” option at checkout. Shipping will then be arranged separately, and an invoice will be sent to your email once your order has been carefully packed.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
As each piece is handmade, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before dispatch. During busy periods or collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

To offer a general sense of shipping costs, the ranges below are provided as approximate estimates only. Final shipping prices will be confirmed via email prior to payment.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of each Connect piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Each item is made slowly and intentionally, and natural variations in shape, glaze, and texture are part of the beauty of handmade ceramics. These variations are not considered faults.
If you have any questions about a piece before ordering, please don’t hesitate to get in touch - I’m always happy to help you choose something that feels right.
Damaged Items
While every order is carefully packaged, ceramics can be fragile. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rhianeszmidt@gmail.com including clear photos of the item and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue with care.
Care Information
To ensure the longevity of your ceramic pieces, gentle handling and care are recommended. While many pieces are durable and functional, hand washing is advised where possible.
